ABOUT THE BEECHES
The Beeches lies within the Lake District village of Portinscale, a short drive or 20 minute walk by country footpath to the bustling market town of Keswick.
A spacious and tastefully furnished house, including many interesting collectable's, decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard with lovely views from the house and garden.The Beeches has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single and will sleep up to 5 people plus an infant or small child. Cot, high chair and Z bed available. The large secluded garden boasts 2 barbecues, gas and traditional, with a level patio and garden furniture at the rear of the house with steps leading to another smaller patio area at the bottom of the garden.
Derwent water is only a 5 minute walk where you can access the launch into Keswick or to any of the landing stages around the lake. There is also a marina where water sports can be enjoyed.

Private parking is available on the drive for up to 2 cars with a garage for storing bikes.
We accept one well behaved dog by prior arrangement.
The Beeches is an ideal base for walking and cycling or if you prefer, very comfortable for having a relaxing holiday in the Lakes.
